Check 103 LngRng Radiio 0000 - ERROR CODE and Aux power supp

Was getting Check 103 LRR 000 error with new install of envisalink on vista20p. Have an aux power supply that was powering the envisalink. When I connected the negative terminals (black wire terminals) of the aux power supply and the vista20p circuit board together. it cleared the error and was able to control envisalink from the eyezon website.

Thanks for the information! I think we should put this in the FAQ as I know of a few others that stumbled onto this problem.

It seems that the Ademco auxillary power supplies are somehow isolated from the ground on the panel. I'm not sure that having a "floating" ground around an inter-powered system is the brightest idea.
