NB to the system, and not a tremendous amount of experience with it all.
I have the system working fine for the past 2 years, getting texts for events.
I have been receiving a security event ever since the system was installed.
I get Subj: Security event: Duress alarm security event: with my location and time.
Its intermittent. Most times I get the event when entering the building, sometimes when I am entering.
Would this be a setting in my main panel, or a EYEZ-ON setting?
can anyone enlighten me about this please?

It would appear that the code you are using to unlock is the programmed duress code (which disables the panel while simultaneously sending a notification to the monitoring company that something is wrong - you are being forced 'under duress' to disable the premises alarm).

Resolution: set/use a different code to lock/unlock your panel.

Observation: if you've a monitoring service and the police aren't showing up each time you get this message, well, you've got another issue.
