Is the Envisalink 2DS compatable with the TL-260 from DSC?

Yes, the Tl-260 will work on the same bus as the Envisalink modules (IP170 or IP100).
If you're looking for pro-monitoring along with automated monitoring then I would recommend the Envisalink 2DS which will be adding pro-monitoring as an option with the same module before the end of this year.
