I've noticed in the upper right hand corner of the 2DS Administration screen when logging into it locally that the software indicates 'IP170D'....Why is that? Shouldn't it show my card is the 2DS as shown on the packaging box the card came in? Is the software wrong or is my card wrong?

That will change on the next firmware update.

Just for the record there is no difference between an IP170D and an EnvisaLink 2DS. It was just a marketing name change to align the product better with new products we will be releasing soon.
