loss of AC power but no alert

I have a DSC1832 with a 2DS. I pulled electrical as a test. My keypad shows a trouble but it never shows up on the eyes on website. I was hoping to get an alert for this. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Check section 377 of programming. Set AC failure delay to 000.

Default is 30 (you would see an alert after 30 minuites).
