IP100D

Hi, I see firmware updates to the 2DS over the network and I understand the IP100D can not have a firmware update over the network. Is this same 2DS firmware also for the IP100D? If so how do you upgrade the firmware and if it's not, is there an update to the IP100D.

Unfortunately the IP100D does not have a bootloader so it cannot be updated. But even if there were a bootloader, the device is out of code space so we couldn't put any more features into it if we wanted to.

Sorry, I know its not what you wanted to hear but Eyez-On will continue to support the IP100D through the portal. Any new server-side features for new Envisalinks will be available to IP100D customers too.
