EyezON SMS Caller ID Number Changes?

Just installed an EVL3 on my DSC, and noticed that every SMS that it sends to my AT&T phone, has a different caller ID number. It seems to be the same prefix, and changes the last digits by 1 with every message. Is there a way to keep it coming from the same number every time?
Thanks

Unfortunately this is your carrier doing this, not us. AT&T does it for sure, others use a default number like 999-999-9999.

Thanks for the reply. Would it work to change the carrier in my account settings, or would that just make them not come through?

Your carrier is your carrier. If you change it then you won't receive any alerts.

I changed it to AT&T MMS, and it's coming from an email address now, instead of a phone number. So far it has stayed the same email address, so I can keep all the messages under one contact (fingers crossed).

Where did you change it to ATT MMS? I don't see that and have the same problem.

I was able to get it working. The 13 easy steps are:
1. Log in to the EyezOn home page and go to "Contacts"
2. Click on the "Create a new contact" button
3. Add a contact with your AT&T cell number and @mms.att.net (i.e.,
5555551212@mms.att.net). If you have a different carrier you'll need to consult their help pages.
4. Save it
5. You'll get a confirmation pin number from EyezOn on your cell to enter on the web page, click on the confirm PIN button to enter it. The sender address on the PIN confirmation message is _not_ the one you want.
5. Click on your alarm location icon on the left side ("My House" or whatever you changed it to)
6. Click on the contacts icon, you should see the contacts with an "X" on the one you just added.
7. Put your cursor over the name of the contact and you should get an "Edit Contact" pop-up.
8. Add the alerts that you want to go to this phone and click on "Set Alerts"
9. Cycle the alarm so that it sends out an alert.
10. The "From" address on this mms message _is_ the one you want. Look at the details of the sender, you may see several addresses since it's sent as a group SMS. The one you want starts with "noreply-" then a sting of hex characters then "@eyezon.com". Add this address to your contacts and put the special alert tone on it.
11. If you are using an iPhone you will need to delete previous alarm messages from steps 9 and 10 on the phone or it will retain the old alert tone.
12. Test the new tone by cycling the alarm.
13. Once it is working, get rid of the old txt contact by going to the Home/Contacts page again and deleting it.
14.Done!
