EnvisaLink stopped working??

I'v had this up and running for some time now with no issues. I could arm/disarm it from the web interface, see the status, get emails and text messages for events, etc.

Yesterday it seems to have stopped working and I can't figure out why or how to get it back working again. Someone went out there and disarmed the system but I never got any email or sms. They armed it when they left, but again, no alerts. When I log into the system I see zone activity from that, e.g. front door opened/closed at the correct times, but the recent activity shows it was set days before this.

It shows it as armed, but I'm able to disarm it (just as a test). I also tried the reboot and reset# commands. It looks like it sends them but nothing ever seems to really happen. It still shows armed and still won't disarm, and the history doesn't show any of this.

Any advice on what to do here? I'm concerned now that this property (over an hour's drive away) isn't armed, and even it if were I wouldn't get any alerts if the alarm were to go off.

Is there anything I can do remotely to reset everything? If not, what can I do at the property to reset everything?
