Hardware fault

Hi,

I just purchased and installed your new Envisalink 2DS module on my DSC PC1616 alarm system. It indicates an OPER solid “red” Led light, or a hardware fault, and KEYB indicates a flashing “green” .

ACT is Flashing “red”
Link is “green”

I type envisalink in my browser, but can’t find the page.
