No alerts for Arm and Disarm Alarm - Honeywell Vista 20p

I currently have a Honeywell Vista 20p with EVL3. I have also signed up for Envisalerts and have added contacts with the check boxes for Arms and Disarms selected. I do not receive any alerts for these options. I receive alerts for Zone Followers and Alarm activations. Am I missing anything? It seems that everything should be good with the options selected for the contacts.

I am having the same issue. I have not received any alerts.

If your not aware, Eyezon server will email or text ARM and DISARM alerts as CLOSED and OPEN, not ARM and DISARM.
Are you getting CLOSED and OPEN alerts?

On Honeywell systems, this is either a programming issue or the way you are trying to test your system. Submit a support request for more help.

Issue resolved. I had to program in security reporting in the *65 and *66 in the Honeywell system. "0" entries were replaced with "1". I then enabled reporting for my contacts. Tx to Support.
