Installer Maintenance and Misc Alerts

Does anyone know what triggers these alerts (Installer Maintenance/Misc) or how they are programmed in a Honeywell Vista 20p panel. Nothing seems obvious in the Report Codes in programming. Any assistance is appreciated.

Support confirmed that Honeywell does not support such reporting. DSC does. Thanks Support.
