Problem with TPI command

When I turn off my DSC PC1864 alarm with a user code entered on the keypad, I receive TPI command User Opening (750) as expected. But when I turn off the alarm with a keyfob, I don't get a Special Opening (751) command. Anyone know why? Thanks for your help.
