ENVISALINK IP170D NO LONGER WORKING

I purchased this months ago and it has been working flawlessly, now with this new software pushed I am no longer able to remotely Arm/Disarm via android phone

Nothing has changed other than firmware, now I get this on the Network page for envisalink

EnvisAlarm Server OFFLINE

WTF I was happy with my firmware and how things were working, can anyone offer some suggestions as to how I can get back to Operational Status

The "EnivsAlarm Server OFFLINE" message means, like everyone else, that your EnvisAlarms service is not enabled. We hope to offer this premium monitoring service shortly.

If under "EnvisAlerts" it shows ONLINE, then your unit is working correctly.

i can't no longer access my system via android phone.

it has been working fine for months and now it just stopped, nothing changed, i double check my router and everything is like it used to be yet i can't remotely access the system

You should send your MAC address to support@eyez-on.com as this problem seems to be specific to you.
