One of my zones not updating status

All of my 16 zones are set up, and 15 report just fine. My one fire zone is working correctly in the sense that I can trigger a test alarm, and the system shoots me an email as configured etc. The problem is when I login to view the status that particular zone 11 does not turn red. Ever. Any ideas?

I notice the same thing. I just installed the wireless EC-FF345 FireFighter™ Smoke Detector Sensor-Transmitter on a Vista 20P system. It is working fine but the zone never turns red.

Should a zone set to type 09 Fire show up red on the zone grid if activated?
