Keybus Fault Call for Service -- Alarm while armed

I was woken up in the middle of the night with my alarm going full bore. I was able to disarm it from the keypad. Alarm company also called to say I had equipment problems.
The alarm was armed for "Home" and the keypad displaed "Keybus Fault Call for Service"
This is a DSC 1832.
How can I configure it not to sound the full alarm if there is a keybus fault while armed?
