Saving a custom sequence

Hi
I've got a Envisalink 3 connected to a DSC1864. I have a requirement to disarm the alarm, bypass several zones and then re-arm the system.
This requires a custom sequence, I'm sure. Is there some documentation on how to enter this sequence, and also how to save it and recall on the mobile portal ?
I have paid for a subscription to the alerts service.
