My Envisalink 3 connected by ethernet to a DSC 1832 panel, into a D-link dir-632 router (flashed for dd-wrt).
It had been working fine for a year, and then stopped: eyezon webpage status "off-line"
The Envisalink leds looked normal. But the router did not show the MAC address of the Envisalink - the Envisalink simply did not appear on the router.
Wasted an hour fooling with router parameters. Finally found that the Envisalink can be rebooted.
I rebooted the Envisalink, and it communicated fine with the router.
Reboot instructions are at

Thanks Cliff.
I should remind anyone who wants to attempt this that you could damage the device if done improperly. The ONLY reason you should do a factory reset is if you made the module`s IP address static and you need to switch back to DHCP. As would be the case if you changed routers, or changed DNS servers.
