Read state of PGMs on DSC panels ?

Is there any way to read the status of the PGM outputs.

The 4 command outputs can be trapped but that is only for the first 4 outputs. If you miss the event you would not know if the outputs are on or off.

Also, I don't see any way of controlling PGM outputs above 4. My system has 12 outputs that I would like to use for a variety of things. I think the maximum is 14 outputs on the 1864 panels.
