Loss of Network Supervision

We noticed on Sunday, July 19, 2015 that we no longer receive Network Supervision " Fault" or "Restore" notices, either when checking EVENTS on our EyezOn page or via email notification. All other activity appears normal, just the network supervision is lacking. This is an EnvisaLink 3 module on a PowerSeries PC1832. We had relied on this supervision to track an ongoing / intermittent Internet failure by our DSL provider. The Envisalink data had helped us to track all of the service interruptions by the Internet provider. Any Ideas? This is our first post, we apologize if it is submitted incorrectly. Thanks

Supervision messages were inhibited on all accounts affected by the DNS issue yesterday. All has been restored.
