Hi there
sorry if this has been asked before or is even appropriate. I have an envisalink 3 connected to my DSV alarm system but I want my alarm company to monitors it as well. According to them the mac address and the email address needs to be disabled or deactivated, before they can connect to it. Is this true and who do I do that?

If you don't want to use Eyezon's partner monitoring companies, then yes you have no other option but to relinquish control of your Envisalink to the monitoring company that you would prefer to use. You will need to delete the Envisalink from your Eyezon account, and then delete your Eyezon account. You do this all yourself from the portal.

Once everything is deleted your monitoring company would then be free to takeover control of your system. Do understand you will no longer be the owner of the security module once this transfer takes place. Your monitoring company would be the new owner.
