FIRMWARE 1.12.158 Released for Envisalink 2DS and 3.

A network wide firmware upgrade is underway to the latest stable version, 1.12.158. There are many improvements since 1.11.135. Considering how few bug fixes there are in this release, it is probable that this is the last firmware update for the Envisalink 3 and 2DS.

Features/Improvements:
- Manual test transmissions now available to Envisalarms users
- TurboPacket support for instant PUSH commands from the Envisalerts+ servers
- Envisalink event buffer now stores the local timestamp. Buffer reduced from 256 to 128. Events that happen during an outage will now be reported with the actual time of the event, not the time it was received by the reporting server.
- Numerous network improvements and technical support reporting tools
- DHCP lease will expire if Ethernet LINK is removed. This will force a DHCP lease renewal if the router reboots, power-cycles, or cable is removed.
- DNS client is completely new. Hardened against bogus/errant DNS servers.
- Firmware updates are now much faster.


Bug Fixes:
- Honeywell MAX and INSTANT arming now supported on local Envisalink page
- DSC 2-wire smoke detectors now report correct SIA code on Envisalarms
- DSC user codes up to 96 are now supported
- Local Envisalink lease time now reported correctly (in minutes)
- Local shutdown/reboot requests can no longer be overridden
