Hi all, I'm new to this whole thing, and just setup envisalink 2 weeks ago. When I set it up, I was able to get text message sent to me when my alarm went off. Now all of a sudden, I don't get anything when my alarm goes off. It would email me, and send a text to myself and my wifes cellphone. Now nothing.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I configured it under the "Manage Contacts" tab.
Alarm goes off, but no text message?

Submit a support request. Are you seeing the alarm events in your recent events log?
