How to correctly add a camera

I have to foscam cameras, but i fail to add them to the website

the fields available are

Name: I guess any name is fine
Port: do I need to a the port with the lan ip? for example, camera is on 192.168.1.50:80??
username: camera username
password: camera password

I have done it this way but if fails to show any image

pd. cameras are accessible from WAN and obviously from LAN
