Line cut errors?

Has anyone else received line cut errors? I've seen two in the last 12 hours (no lines have been cut). If I send commands through mobile portal they stack up in the queue. I have internet access, so I don't think it's a connectivity issue. I'm able to connect to the 2DS locally, all indicator lights appear normal, so I don't believe there is a fault with the module.
Does anyone know of an issue with the Eyez-On side?
