Zone Status never updated

I have an Envisalink-3 for an Ademco Vista-48B alarm panel. Attached to this post is a screenshot of the system/zone status. The system status is working just fine, i can arm/disarm the alarm and the system status is updated also. However the zone status is never updated and stays pitchblack... :cry:
I followed the 2A instructions from this url: https://www.eyez-on.com/EZMAIN/evl3honeywell.php
But no success, it is black and it stays black. No zone is ever updated...

I have set *191 to 10 instead of using *190.

Submit a tech support request by logging into your Eyezon portal account and click on "Request Support" on the left-hand side of the page.
