DSCAlarmPanel : Invalid Password for the EnvisaLink module

My problem is specific to interaction between envisalink EVL3 and my home automation software UI, Vera.

I've not changed anything in the EVL 3. It works fine at EyezOn site. My problem is trying to get it to work in Vera home automation software.

That software pops up the banner "DSCAlarmPanel : Invalid Password for the EnvisaLink module, please reconfigure." I cannot find anywhere in Vera to adjust the envisalink password. Can anyone offer any specific assistance to resolve this matter?

I think you should be posting this question on the Vera forum. It has very little to do with the Envisalink.
