Please help! I got a new router Friday night and with that installed, my Envisalink 3 would periodically drop off the Internet - meaning the Envisalert service would show offline. Even when it was offline, I could still ping the Envisalink by the IP shown in my router's DHCP table. Since then, I tried something brilliant which apparently has taken the Envisalink offline entirely, where I can no longer ping it and it does not show in any router's DHCP table (I've tried three). I've tried restoring factory defaults based on the directions here...

But I still can't get it to show up in a router DHCP table nor access it. I'm really at my wit's ends. Any other suggestions regarding what I should try?
