mobile link doesn't work!

I just recently setup my Envisalink 3 for my Honeywell alarm system and everything works fine. I had even stumbled through the setup my mobile link which also worked fine. I was under the impression that I could set one up for my wife's phone too, so she could arm and disarm the system from her phone as well. I created another mobile link, e-mailed it to her phone and it worked fine. The next day, I attempted to use mine, and upon selecting the link, it now wants me to login. I enter the login info and it tells me "invalid credentials". I've tries disabling the link and re-sending it to my phone again and it still won't let me in. Is there a "how to" article anywhere about how to properly setup mobile links? Are you limited to only one? Not sure what's going on here. Can anybody help?

See the Envisalink Primer. As it says, you can only have one link valid at one time so when you created a new one, you made the old one invalid. This is a security feature.

If you want more than one person have the mobile portal on their phone, you must use the same link.

My problem was the way I was e-mailing my new link to my phone. Got it fixed now and I understand about only using one link. Thanks.
