Control Panel time sync does not work

I cannot synchronize the panel time to the network time. It does not work from EYEZ-ON app, neither from an OpenHAB app.

Everytime the 010 command is sent to EVL-4, it gets acknowledged by 500 response, but 5 seconds later I get 502 response with code 011: Keybus Transmit Time Timeout

Any ideas? The unit is connected to the control panel with ca 7m cable, which then goes to the keyboard. I do ot think it is an issue, as everything else works just fine.
