envisalink 4 newbie trouble (system offline in eyez-on.com)

Hello,

just jumped in to the envisalink world by purchasing envisalink 4. And sadly it didn't jump started without any problems as I was hoping but I do hope that it's a newbie trouble and someone can help me out with a tip..

I have a DSC 5010 (Power 832) system with one led keyboard and one 5108 expansion module.

I Registered the device in http://www.eyez-on.com then added the envisalink 4 to the bus terminals of my DSC system and after power restoration all 5 led are solid green. When I log in to the envisalink 4 locally (through its IP and log in user) I see that its working (it shows the recent triped zones) and it should connect to the eyez-on server to (it shows that the eyez-on server is online with IP address). But when I log in to the http://www.eyez-on.com I get that my device is offline.
I tried the [*] [8] installer code [902] to enable supervision (got rapid beeps) then I entered [903] and got leds 1,9,10 the manual reads keypad 1, zones 9-12, zones 13-16 present..

And funny enough these actions were send and recorded in eyez-on.com recent activity.. When I click on one of the messages I see a detalisation "Your Device Is Not Communicating With Our Servers." and the site shows the device as offline.

So do I miss some settings in my router or is something not done in the DSC system (as envisalink seems to not show up in the supervision [903])?

It sounds like it is talking to the wrong server for status. This would indicate a DNS issue at your end. The module may be operating in bootstrap mode due to DNS failures.

Submit a tech support request and include a screen capture of your local network page.

hmm connected the envisalink 4 to the Internet one more time to make the screen shots and suddenly it's visible on the eyez-on.com.. so not sure where the problem was.. maybe it needed one more restart.. but for now it's on-line and working..
