Flir Dvr and NVR

I have several DSC alarm systems installed with EnvisaLink 3. I would like to be able to see Camera systems through Connect2go. I have for example a DVR with 6 Cameras and NVR with several Camera. I have tried all possible combinations in the ADD CAMERA menu. I think it worked once a long time ago.
Since I have a Blackberry, FLIR ( Formally Digimerge ...the DVR and NVR brand) there is no APP to view Camera from Smart phone( works OK with Iphone and Android). Is there a way to program this FLIR system to be viewed on a Blackberry.
