My system has worked without fail since it was installed in early 2015. Now for the last 3 days I am not receiving text on my phone or my wife's phone when the system is armed. When the system is disarmed the text are received? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

For everyone that is clueless to the issue I had, support explained the problem. There was a change in how closing is reported. To get alerts back you now have to select " Append Arming Mode" for the contact you want to alert, end of problem.

This was fixed actually. It wasn't meant to apply to Honeywell users, just DSC users. It also only applied to Honeywell users who "quick-armed" or "armed with FOB".
