Two text messages arriving per arm/disarm

Hi,

We just got the EVL-4 up and running with text alerts to our phones. Each time there is an arm or disarm there are two text messages sent. Currently set are:
Alarms
Arms (with Append Arming Mode)
Disarms

Is this normal? What option(s) do we need to set to get just one text message per arm / disarm?
