Problem Activating EVL 3

I have a LAN (router-CPU-EVL) which is not connected to the internet,
the fact is that when i connect the evl it doesnt activate, at least the KEYB and OPER lights are working well. my router is DHCP and i cant access the evl by entering envisalink in my browser.
by the i cant see the mac address of the evl within the router.
