Recently, I am unable to see my device on the Eyez-on website. It just shows as offline.
I can locally connect to the Envisalink 3 device, but when I click on "Login to Account" it opens up a website link to
http://www.envisacor.com/login.php

with a simple message stating

Code: Select all

An error occured opening Eyezon DB.
Any help would be highly appreciated

Have you tried logging in to eye-on.com from the website? What does that do? If that has a similar error, then you should probably submit a support request.

I believe the link you are clicking on the local envisalink web page is used for the paid version of envisalink service. Are you a paid subscriber?

No, that link was hard-coded to our original servers which have since moved. Don't use and it and will be removed in future firmware updates.

Up until last week I was able to control my unit from the eyez-on site, but now it just says "partition offline"

The unit itself is working well on the LAN and can still control the DSC panel, but I'm not sure how to do an "away arm" as it just has an option for "arm"

The internet access on my LAN is working like it should, with all other devices being able to connect to the internet without fail.
I have tried rebooting the module, but that had no effect.

I'm using Firmware 01.12.158. Is that the latest?

Thanks for the help!

edit: Removed inline images as they are too big
edit2: Resized images as they are placed inline anyway

Your device is firewalled. That server IP is valid so your router is blocking communications.

Make sure ports 4021 and 4022 (UDP and TCP) are open outbound.

Awesome, that did the trick. It can now connect.
Oversight on my behalf...

Is my firmware on the latest version?

Thank you very much!!
