Deleting a partition

I just replaced my 3 with a 4 at my business. I installed the 3 at my house but it is showing a second partition,which i had at work, but i dont have at home. I cant remember where to go to delete the second partition. I have a Vista 128 at work, and a vista 20 at home if that matters.

Just log into the Envisalink's local web interface and set partition 2 address to 0.

I tried that first. Still shows partition 2 not ready. Deleted all partition 2 zones as well
