How do you connect a Foscam to an alarm system?

Hello,

I recently bought a Foscam 9831W and I would like to know what I need in order to connect it to a standard DSC wired home alarm system.

Is it possible to turn on/off the camera using the home alarm system?

Can I use an EnvisaLink to help me with this?

To be more precise, I would like to have it deactivate its motion sensor functionality when I turn off the DSC alarm (entering the building) and turn back on when I turn on the alarm (leave the building).
