I have a question pertaining to this part of the advertising for Envisalerts Plus: "Turbocharge your experience with Priority Packets for faster command processing and status updates."

So how much faster? I am curious more in the network supervision part of it for my perspective. I'd really like to know by an alert within 60 seconds of losing internet, not what it currently is set at which I think, but don't quote me is like 5 or 10 minutes.

Thanks for any insight.

Network Supervision is exactly 10 minutes due to the frequency of residential Internet loss, especially during the overnight hours. This is when many ISPs do maintenance.

Envisalerts+ "Turbo Packets" means you get moved to a dedicated server with a very low latency. Commands execute within a few seconds normally as opposed to ~15 for normal service.
