"Error: Panel Not Connected"

I have a DSC PC1616 panel with an EnvisaLink4 and I have set up an account with Eye-On.

From my local computer I can connect to Envisalink4 and everything works properly but when I try to access the panel through my EyeOn account I get the error message "Error: Panel Not Connected, Check Wiring or Registered As Wrong Panel Type"

How do I see what "panel type" is assigned to this account and change it if needed?

You can't really. Just submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal.
