Problem with Envisalink 4 install arming system via Website

I just installed EnvisaLink 4 on my existing Vista 20p. Thought I followed all instructions. Website says system is ready and if I arm it locally it shows up armed on website so it is communicating. Problem is if I try to arm via website command is stuck in que and nothing happens locally. Is the user code the same code as my panel? All lights on Envisalink are green *29 is enabled. I removed a GSMX module and installed the Envisalink, so I have LRR shadowing off. What am I doing wrong?

Fixed it!... Support suggested moving the keypad address. That worked. Not sure what was on address 19...maybe the old GSMX was still assigned to 19...anyway it works.
