Clarification on EnvisAlarms hardware requirements

I have a DSC 1864 panel and an EnvisaLink 3 interface board currently be used for free EnvisAlerts. Is that hardware compatible with the EnvisAlarms service or do I need to go to the EnvisaLink 4 board?

Also, if I do sign up for EnvisaAlarms, how do I get a certification letter that I can provide to my homeowners insurance company to get the monitoring discount?

No, all you need is an Envisalink 2DS or higher.

Our EnvisAlarms group can supply you with a certificate, lawn signs, and stickers.
