iOS 9.3 beta Mobile portal issue using iPhone Safari

Not sure if its just me, but since I updated to the public beta of the 9.3 iOS I noticed that the Safari browser on my iPhone has issues when using the Eyez On Mobile portal. It brings up the first summary side where I can see my houses, but if I click any house or any options at the bottom like contacts, events, etc, it goes to that page but then instantly goes back to summary screen. Happens on any option I pick on the main summary screen, enters that option you selected and then just reverts back like someone keeps hitting the back button.
I downloaded Chrome on the iPhone and it works fine on that, so its seems to be limited to the Safari browser on the iPhone on iOS 9.3 beta.
