I have a new install of a DSC Panel 4.6 and have installed a few of the modules (v3) in other systems without an issue. The system i had just installed seems to have issues with this card. The LEDS on the board flash from left to right one at a time all green in a row.

When i log onto the controller via the web server on the card, it continues to show device closed 0 seconds.

I show no faults on the system - via the keypad anyway.

any ideas?

There is a bug in the EVL4's factory firmware that won't allow static IP. You need to disable static IP and let the module get upgraded to the latest firmware. Then you can use static IP.
