I have tried all the manuals and none of the programming codes match with my alarm, any ideas are greatly appreciated!

With EVL-4CG

The system is a 250P1 aka Vista 10P I am able to program all but the step 2. Keypad programming it will not accept *190 to *196 . help anyone?

I sometimes get both errors but usually now I only get
Error: Keypad Address Programming Not Completed. See Part 2.1 in the Programming Guide

No, that is closer to a Vista 10SE not a 10P. It is too old and not compatible with the Envisalink.
