EVL-3 Customer Can't Login to Account

Help!

I have had the EVL 3 for about a year. Works great but need to update some settings in my account. I can't login to my account. Invalid Acct/Password Combination! Same for my GUI. I'm using the same User Account and Password that I set up last year. Please help.

Just click on the "Lost Password' link on the login page. Your password will be reset and you will be emailed a new one.
