Envisalink 4 local access page shows incorrect system time

Hi,
In the header of the "local access" page, it displays the "System Time." The time displayed is incorrect:
What Displays: 2016-03-20 04:18
Current Time is: 2016-04-20 10:04 AM PST
Is that time coming from the Envisalink, if so is there any reason to set it, and how?
All event logging and times displayed on the "portal" pages are displayed with the correct date/time.
