Pilot Guardcam

Purchased a Pilot Guardcam and it is actively working on my wifi. I want to add it to the eyez-on service but am having issues. If I figure out the port on the router that its connected to will it be visible to me on the phone app?

Getting ready to move my active monitoring from NextAlarm to you, but this is really important to me.
