EnvisaLink4 - Visa20p - Alarm Trip Source Missing

I have a 20p. When the alarm is set in either stay or away mode and something triggers (door opens), the triggering zone is not captured. All that comes across in the debut is Exit Delay.

How can we get the zone that triggered the fault?

See the FAQ on zone followers. Honeywell panels have a limitation where they won't report zone states while armed.

If you have a critical zone you should make it a 24 hour zone and you will generate an alarm regardless of state, and be notified.
