Envisalink 3 showing off line with ATT Uverse
I have a DSC unit with an Envisalink 3 hooked to my network. When I first installed it I had ATT DSL. Everything worked great. I switched to ATT Uverse and now when I log in to my EYEZ-On account on-line, my device shows as off-line. I can however log in on my local network with no issue. I believe this may have to do with the firewall settings. Does anybody know what the specific settings should be set to

Not sure if you may have already figured out the fix, but according to GrandWizard at this post http://forum.eyez-on.com/FORUM/viewtopi ... t=firewall, you need to open outbound ports 4021, and 4022. Both UDP and TCP.
