Coverting Ethernet to Wifi in alarm closet

What are people using to convert Ethernet to Wifi where your alarm is not close to a wired network connection?
In my case, I also don't have an AC plug near my alarm cabinet either, so I need a Wifi bridge that uses 12V so I can run it off the AUX power from the alarm board. I guess most WiFi bridge products would come with an AC/DC adapter anyway, I guess the trick is finding one that uses 12V vs 5V (which I expect would be more common).
Any ideas?
